I was super impressed with Jarrett and his team. The gave me a quote in a timely manner, showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and went the extra mile to come up with some creative solutions that made my non-standard plunge pool look absolutely great and operate leak-free. I'd definitely work with them again.
Hydroscapes pools save my backyard. A previous pool install by a different company was a disaster, including the pool had been leaking for almost a year. However, Jarrett and his crew came in and did a fantastic job. I love the fact that Hydroscapes Pools does it all, not just the pools, the landscaping, sprinklers, trees, and sod; everything looks brand new, I love it. Moreover, all Hydroscapes' employees are very professional and always on time. Regardless of how long they worked that day, they still cleaned up. Additionally, Hydroscape's craftsmanship and creativity that they put into the water features makes my backyard look like a beautiful oasis. Jarrett and his team have been AMAZING throughout the whole process. He was also upfront with us and was willing to work around any issues that came up. Our yard is on a big slope and a 4ft retaining wall was required which wasn't a problem for them at all. Jarretts attention to detail and having the mentality to do it right was refreshing. He was very professional and was also on time and did everything he said he was going to do. The other nice thing was there were NO HIDDEN FEES. Jarrett laid out the cost of everything the first few days of meeting Jarrett. Thank you Jarrett!
Easy to work with and super responsive. We've had them perform pool repairs and weekly cleanings and they shoot you straight. Every cleaning come with a pool status report indicating the services performed, chemicals added with quantities and before/after pictures. Highly recommend.
Jarrett and his crew were easy to work with, they took very good care of us! We had an outdoor grill installed along with more concrete and a flowerbed remodel. If we have any other outdoor projects we will be contacting him again. Thanks Jarrett!

Jarrett and his team at Hydroscapes were amazing to work with, from the very first meeting discussing our budget and getting a feel for what we wanted, to the first drawing then to the actual construction of our pool was an enjoyable process. His crews showed up when they said they would be here, cleaned up at the end of everyday and was a constant show of professionalism. There were no hidden charges and the cost at the end was the same as what he quoted us. If we ever build another pool, Jarrett will be our first call.
This company has been amazing to work with! I cannot rave enough about them from there expediency to getting a quote, their safety precautions with the kids, how they fought the city on my behalf, they were proactive with the storms and put a pump in to remove the water. Even the water you see in the pics didn’t slow them down. Right after they pumped it, they immediately got started with the rebar. Even a day after they came after another storm, in between another storm to finish the rebar. They are persistent and dedicated. They treat your project as their own!
Hydroscapes is one of the most professional companies I have ever worked with. It's scary signing a contract for any large amount of money, But with them, I felt completely secure and well taken care of. Jarret is amazing, always responds, or answers promptly. Him and his team are always on time and they have done exactly what they have said they would each time. If there is something they aren't satisfied with, they will fix the issue, even if I didn't notice anything. They installed a beautiful pool that included customizable lights and a pool robot to clean the debris that you can see in the images at the bottom of the pool. We had them do stamped concrete and that turned out better than I could imagine. Great way to have the Travertine look and save some money. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! ****Update after 8 months I tried to save money by taking a sample to Leslie's and an algae explosion happened directly after adding the chemicals they told me to add. They blamed it on incorrect maintence and prevention and tried to sell me more chemicals. So we ended up wasring more time and money. Hydroscapes is very reasonable on price, so we decided to have them do the weekly maintenance. They have never done us wrong, always maintain professionalism, and always do great work. They even emailed the chemicals, the levels, and pictures of their work. Can't say it even, 10 out of 10 would recommend!
We recently bought a house. Pool been setting a few years. Jarret and his team came in. Reworked all the bad plumbing. Replaced broken tiles. Changed out bad lighting. And even got the water fall level. looking good. I can’t describe how great the difference is. Highly recommend Jarret and his team
